How to make a Bath Soak with Dry Flowers and Pink Salt

This super simple recipe shows you how to make a great smelling and relaxing bath soak, perfect to help you unwind after a long day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Epsom Salt

  • 1 cup of Pink Himalayan Salt

  • 1 cup of Dried Flowers (of Choice)

  • 50 drops of Essential Oils of Choice

Instructions

  1. Put Epsom Salt and Pink Himalayan Salt into a mixing bowl
  2. Measure out dried flowers and add them into the mixing bowl one handful at a time, crushing up the flowers in your hand as you add them
  3. Add in essential oils and mix all of the ingredients together
  4. Once fully blended, scoop the mixture into a container of choice, with a lid. Or pour into your warm bath to enjoy right away.
