Benefits

Mango Butter is the first ingredient, it is a lightweight, nearly unscented butter which comes from the center of the mango fruit seed. It is rich with antioxidants, fatty acids and vitamins that nourish the skin and boosts its elasticity. It is also known for reducing fine lines, wrinkles and restoring the skin’s natural glow.

The next ingredient is Yellow Shea Butter, this is pure unrefined shea butter with one additional ingredient,  the extract of the African Borututu Tree. It has been used by African natives for centuries to help with healing and soothing the skin. The inside of this tree is a deep yellow color and is how our Yellow Shea Butter gets its color. This butter does not contain palm oil or other ingredients as some yellow shea butters have. See our article on yellow shea butter for more information.

Yellow Shea Butter is a nutrient rich butter, packed with vitamins and antioxidants. It is effective in deeply moisturizing the skin and helps repair severely dry or cracked skin, eczema, and psoriasis. It is non comedogenic so does not clog pores and contains antibacterial properties that can help clear up acne and breakouts.

Rosehip Oil, also known as the “Oil of Youth” has a long list of powerful benefits. It is very popular for use on the face as a serum and as an ingredient in anti-aging serums. It is considered a “dry oil” due to its thin consistency which absorbs into the skin quickly and does not leave a greasy residue.

Some of the benefits of Rosehip Oil include, its skin brightening properties that help restore the skins natural color and tone. It is loaded with Vitamin A and antioxidants, which promote skin regeneration. It also helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and age spots.
